Hey, AIESEC!

Last Saturday, we gathered for @ interview training.

We felt thanks to Ivan who gave us a vivid training and demonstrated an over-confident interviewee. And also thanks to Wan Xin and Nicolas as interviewers, we’ve gained some useful points for interview.
We’ve found some interesting tips as below:
Don’t show “I like you” sign to interviewees during interviews.
Clear your mind for stereotypes and biases especially regarding looks.
Keep questions short and concise. (Let’s keep Hong Kong pace!)
