Well, it's the time of the year again. Where the elects will plan and set their goals, where the elects will run the show, where the elects will strategize and put their steps onto actions, where the intense discussion, arguments, debates, knowledge-sharing take place, and it is also where the elects start to put their feet and ready to move forward.... and where the currents can eventually begin to nod their head and wish the elects the best in their coming term.
